Khem Shahani

Widely regarded as one of the world's leading research authorities on the role of Lactobacilli and gastrointestinal bacteria in human health, Dr. Khem Shahani has published more than 200 peer reviewed scientific articles. While on staff at the University of Nebraska, he isolated and developed DDS-1, a particular strain of Lactobacillus. He was a consultant to the World Health Organization (WHO) and receivevd numerous awards for scientific achievement.

Mary Shipley

Mary Shipley has been involved with Health care and Natural healing since the 70 's. Following the loss of her 3-year-old son to meningitis, she vowed to become more knowledgeable of the body and its systems. Mary studied Nursing at the College of DuPage(Illinois), earning an Associate's of Science Degree, and then a BA from Northern Illinois University.

Li Smith

Li Smith was raised on a farm in South Africa where her family grew many of the foods they ate. Her holistic approach to life was nurtured by her mother who taught her the essentials of growing vegetables and herbs. An artist from her youth, Li began to grow wheatgrass in 1978. She has witnessed many cases of dramatic healing among those consuming wheatgrass juice, including the reversal of high blood pressure, anemia, asthma and kidney dysfunction. Li has appeared on South African television and in People magazine promoting wheatgrass as a therapeutic superfood.Richard Smith, Li's husband, is a internationally recognized cartoonist and painter working in numerous mediums.

Jim Turner

James S. Turner, is the chair of Citizens for Health Action Group, the national nonprofit consumer advocacy group working to broaden health care options, create an integrative health system based on wellness, and advance the freedom to make health choices. He is the author of The Chemical Feast: The Nader Report on the Food and Drug Administration.

Sam Ulano

Now 84 years old and showing no signs of letting up, Sam is a performer, educator and author who has been in the music profession for over 65 years. During that time, he has studied with and taught the best of them, while carving out a niche for himself as a respected drummer on the New York scene. Sam has played at many of the top nightspots in New York, including the Gaslight Club and, currently, the famed Red Blazer. He's played the summer resorts, the concert field, and is known as "Mr. Rhythm" for his more than 500 shows for young audiences throughout the New York school system. He has appeared on television with Steve Allen on The Tonight Show, as well as with Gary Moore, Ernie Kovacs, and Joe Franklin.

Well-known for his methods of drum teaching and his progressive approach to writing about the instrument he loves, Sam has over 2500 instruction books to his credit-300 in the past five years alone! He also has produced records, audio and video tapes, and CDs of his instruction and performance. He continues to write, teach, and perform in his own inimitable style

Dr. Morton Walker

Morton Walker, D.P.M., after leaving nearly 17 years of practice in 1969 as a doctor of podiatric medicine, has since written full time as a professional, freelance, medical journalist. He is the author of 73 published books (including 14 bestsellers each with over 150,000 copies sold ) and 2,300 magazine, newspaper, and clinical journal articles. Every month, Dr. Walker writes for 4 periodicals: 2 holistic medicine journals, 2 consumer health magazines.

Jonathon V. Wright

Dr. Jonathan Wright is the Medical Director of Tahoma Clinic in Renton, Washington, where he also practices medicine. A Harvard University (A.B. 1965) and University of Michigan graduate (M.D. 1969), Dr. Wright has taught natural biochemical medical treatments since 1983 to thousands of physicians in the USA, Europe, and Japan. In 1982, Dr. Wright personally developed the use of bio-identical estrogens, and was the first to use DHEA in private practice.
